Where your order lives

When you buy something through a link on MyLuvDog, you are buying it from Amazon. Your order, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are all handled by Amazon under Amazon’s own policies — we never see your payment details and cannot access or change your orders.

• Contact Amazon customer service directly, who can process returns and refunds for you.
